Message Templates vs. Chat Messages
To initiate a conversation as a business youโll need to setup so-called Message Templates. If a user initiates the conversation, or replies to a templated message, a โ24- hour support windowโ starts, where you can reply to the user freely without a templated message.
1.Message Templates
When you initiate a conversation with your users, you will need to use Message Templates. These templates must be pre-approved by WhatsApp. With Message Templates you can send notifications, updates, reminders, and more. In addition to text, images and PDFs are available as media message templates.
1.Chat Messages
When a user sends a message to your WhatsApp Business Account (starting the 24-hour support window) you can send messages to that user without the use of a templated message.
WhatsApp has switched from a notification-based pricing model to a conversation-based pricing model. Businesses are charged per conversation, which includes all messages delivered in a 24 hour session.
WhatsApp Business API conversations fall into two categories that are priced differently:
1. User-initiated
A conversation that initiates in response to a user message. Whenever a business replies to a user within the 24 hour customer service window, that message will be associated with a user-initiated conversation. Businesses can send free-form messages within this 24 hour customer service window.
2.Business-initiated
A conversation that initiates from a business sending a user a message outside the 24-hour customer service window. Messages that initiate a business-initiated conversation will require a message template.

WhatsAPP Business API Access will be provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to integrate it with their own application as per predefined guidelines.
If case of violation of WhatsApp Guidelines, Facebook may stop/block/suspend the account or service. There is no control or role of BSP in this matter.

In case of any complaint registered, it is the customer’s responsibility to address the same [BSP has no role in addressing end customer/user complaint].
Once the number is configured, it must not be used for WhatsApp on any other devices.

If service is suspended by Facebook due to any violation of its policies, all applicable charges are to be borne by the customer to reactivate the same again.
